Ouch is all I can say about today. My shoulder has been agony today and to add insult to injury I turned my neck wrong and ‘twang’ there went the other one. I spent my friend’s little boys 3rd birthday party with my head turned to the right because this was the only position that didn’t send shockwaves through my back.
